Mr. M.C. Maheshwari pursued his graduation and started his career as a Chartered Accountant in the year of 1978 from Delhi. He worked with various companies, industries and gained plenty of experience in Audits, Taxation and Advisory services before coming into practice in the year of 1981. He was then awarded Fellow Membership by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year of 1984.

He never learned to look back and never feared any challenges, thus leading him to great recognition acceptance and was admitted as member of the PEER REVIEW BOARD of the ICAI in the year of 2004.

Mr. Vikas Maheshwari pursued his graduation in B.Com (H) from Delhi University. He began his career in Chartered Accountancy along with the graduation and became associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year of 2003. After qualification he joined KPMG. He gained experience in the field of Audit and US GAAP.

He qualified Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the ICAI in the year of 2004 qualifying him to act as an Information System (IS) Auditor. In the year of 2005, he came into practice. His enthusiasm to gain knowledge made him pursue Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and was awarded MBA Degree in Finance and International Business in the year of 2006.

He was awarded Fellow membership by the ICAI in the year of 2009 recognizing his more than 5 years of practice contribution to the profession. Further, gaining interests in International Taxation and to provide professional services to the international clients, he was awarded Certificate on International Taxation by the ICAI in the year 2010. 

He is very active participant in the Share Broking Industry and has great contribution towards taking care of Compliance of Share Brokers with respect to SEBI and Stock exchanges. He possesses Certificate for acting as Internal Auditor, audit of Depository Participants, audit of Registrar & Transfer Agents.

His gamut of qualifications makes him a quality professional by offering services of Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, International Tax planning and advisory, Transfer Pricing, System Auditor, Management consultancy etc.
