M C Maheshwari is the Founder and Senior Partner of M C Maheshwari & Company, having established the firm in 1981. With over four decades of professional experience, he has played a pivotal role in building the firm’s reputation through his vision, leadership, commitment, and technical expertise.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1978, he gained extensive experience across diverse industries before commencing practice in 1981. In recognition of his professional standing, he was awarded Fellowship of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1984 and was inducted as a Member of the Peer Review Board of ICAI in 2004.
Over the course of his distinguished career, he has successfully led and executed a wide range of assignments, including Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, Direct and Indirect Tax Advisory, Tax Assessments and Appeals, GST Consultancy, Corporate Registrations, Secretarial Services, Financial Advisory, and Accounting Services.
His extensive knowledge and practical experience, particularly in the areas of Auditing and Taxation, continue to be invaluable assets to the firm and its clients.
CA. VIKAS MAHESHWARI

CA. Vikas Maheshwari is Senior Partner at M.C. Maheshwari& Company (MCM) and plays a key role in driving the firm’s growth, innovation, and professional excellence. Known for his strategic vision, analytical approach, and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions, he has significantly contributed to expanding the firm’s presence across India and internationally. A graduate of the University of Delhi, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and began his professional journey with KPMG, where he gained valuable experience in Audit and US GAAP. He subsequently qualified as a DISA professional from ICAI and joined MCM in 2005. Further strengthening his professional credentials, he earned an MBA in Finance and International Business in the year 2006. To gain global knowledge he completed the Certificate Course on International Taxation conducted by ICAI in the year 2009.
With over two decades of professional experience, his areas of expertise include Statutory & Internal Audits, Information Systems Audits, Transfer Pricing Report, Due Diligence Reviews, Internal Control Frameworks,International Taxation, Income Tax Returns and Assessments, Income Tax Appeals, GST Compliances and Appeals, Business Advisory Services, Management Consultancy, Setting up businesses in India, Investment consultancy & planning. He also possesses extensive experience in accounting systems and ERP platforms, enabling clients to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
His strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and client-focused approach continue to contribute significantly to the firm’s reputation for excellence and professional integrity.

Our team is headed by CA. Manoj Kumar Yadav, Managing Partner, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016 and has been associated with our firm since then. In recognition of his professional competence and contributions to the firm, he was promoted as a Partner in 2023.
He plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits for several of our key clients. With his extensive professional experience, technical expertise, and hands-on approach, he significantly contributes to the delivery of high-quality assurance and taxation services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value addition for our clients.
